120g x Icing Sugar

420g x Wheat Flour
Filling Ingredients
A.
200g x Buttercup
160g x Castor Sugar
B.
3 x Eggs
C.
120g x Ground Almond
60g x Ground Hazelnut
50g x Wheat Flour
D.
Filling Blueberries

Decoration Almond Slices - Toasted
Method
Directions for Pastry:
1. Mix ingredients A until thoroughly combined.
2. Add in ingredient B and mix until smooth.
3. Add in ingredient C and mix until the mixture becomes a soft dough.
4. Put a little pastry dough into a tartlet mould and press. Set aside until ready to use.

Directions for Tart:
1. Beat ingredients A until fluffy. Add in ingredient B and mix until smooth.
2. Add in ingredients C and mix till thoroughly combined.
3. Place the mixture into a piping bag.
4. Pipe the mixture directly into a tart mould.
5. Put a bit of blueberry filling into the mould, then pipe more mixture on top of it.
6. Sprinkle a bit of almond slides on the top of the tart.
7. Bake tarts at 180°C for 25 minutes.
