Ingredients
50g x Buttercup (melted)
50g x Egg Whites
70g x Fine Granulated Sugar
3 table spoon x Wheat Flour
⅛ tea spoon x Emplex
A pinch x Salt 1 cup Almond Flakes (toasted for 3 minutes)
A pinch x White and black sesame
1 cup x Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup x Almond Flakes (toasted for 3 minutes)
Method
Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar, then beat until peaks form.
Add Buttercup and the rest of the ingredients.
Pour mixture into a large baking pan.
Bake at 170°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
Immediately after baking, cut into small pieces while still hot and soft.
