Ingredients
A.
490g x Buttercup
200g x Icing Sugar
4 x Egg Yolk
1 teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
B.
140g x Corn Flour
60g x Custard Flour
700g x Wheat Flour
2 tablespoon x Almond Powder
1 teaspoon x Baking Powder
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 150°C.
2. Mix all ingredients A until smooth.
3. Add in all ingredients B and knead until the mixture turns into a soft dough.
4. Place the dough in a samperit mould and press it out on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
