125g x Buttercup
½ tablespoon x Condensed Milk
½ tablespoon x Ghee
½ teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
½ teaspoon x Egg Yolk
⅛ teaspoon x Purple Coloring
B.
125g x Wheat Flour
80g x Corn Flour
25g x Milk Powder

Blueberry Jam, For Filling
White Cooking Chocolate, Melted

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 150°C.
2. Mix all ingredients A in a mixer until thoroughly combined.
3. Add in all ingredients B and mix until mixture turns into a soft dough.
4. Put the dough into a nastar mould.
5. Press out the dough onto a table surface, place the filling in the middle of the pressed dough and roll.
6. Bake for 25 minutes.
7. Pipe melted white cooking chocolate on baked tarts.
