65g x Buttercup
1 x Egg Yolk
150g x Icing Sugar
B.
25g x Custard Flour
50g x Dried Coconut
100g x Sugee Flour
120g x Wheat Flour
Method
Topping Ingredients
Orange Cooking Chocolate, As Cookie Dip
Hawaiian Coconut, Toasted

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients A until thoroughly combined.
2. Add in ingredients B and mix until mixture turns into a soft dough.
3. Spoon out the dough in 1 teaspoon sizes and roll it into oval shapes.
4. Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
5. Dip the baked cookies into the orange cooking chocolate and roll it in the Hawaiian coconut.
