Ingredients
A) 160g x Buttercup & 280g x Brown Sugar
B) 4 x Eggs (grade A) & 1 tea spoon x Vanilla Essence
C) 345g x Wheat Flour & 2½ tea spoon x Baking Powder
D) 110g x Walnuts & 230g x Chocolate Buttons
Method
1. Mix component (A) ingredients until fluffy.
2. Add in component (B) ingredients and beat until smooth.
3. Gradually add in component (C) ingredients.
4. Stir in component (D) ingredients evenly.
5. Pour the mixture into a 12” x 12” baking tray.
6. Bake at 130°C for 35 minutes.
