Ingredients
A.
150g x Buttercup
1 tablespoon x Ghee
80g x Castor Sugar
1 x Egg Yolk
¼ teaspoon x Salt
B.
120g x Self-Raising Flour
60g x Custard Flour
60g x Corn Flour
50g x Rolled Oats, Toasted and Finely Ground
50g x Macadamia Nuts, Finely Ground
Method
Topping Ingredients
Rolled Oats
Dark Cooking Chocolate, Melted
White Cooking Chocolate, Melted

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven at 150°C.
2. Mix all ingredients A in a mixer until thoroughly combined.
3. Add in all ingredients B and mix until mixture turns into a soft dough.
4. Roll out the dough and cut out the cookies. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray.
5. Brush egg yolk on the cookies. Spread the rolled oats on the cookies.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Decorate baked cookies with melted dark and white cooking chocolate.
