Marble Cheese Brownie

250g x Buttercup
1 cup x Cocoa Powder
1½ cup x Castor Sugar
½ cup x Milk
3 x Eggs (grade B)
1 tea spoon x Vanilla Essence
1½ cup x Flour (sifted)
1 tea spoon x Baking Powder
1 tea spoon x Soda Bicarbonate
50g x Walnuts/Nuts
Cheese topping ingredients
500g x Cream Cheese
2 xEggs (grade B)
1½ cup x Castor Sugar
1. Melt Buttercup in a large saucepan. Stir in cocoa powder into the melted Buttercup.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture into a baking tray.
3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Cream Cheese Topping
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it until smooth.
2. Pour the cheese mixture onto the warm brownie, then bake for 30 minutes at 200°C at upper heat; 50°C for lower heat.
