250g x Buttercup
170g x Castor Sugar
50g x Nestum, Finely Ground
60g x Horlicks
120g x Condensed Milk
250g x Wheat Flour
½ teaspoon x Pandan Essence
½ tablespoon x Pandan Paste
1/8 teaspoon x Green Coloring
Pandan Cream Ingredients
A.
90g x Pandan Kaya
150g x Condensed Milk
10g x Coconut Milk Powder
B.
300g x Fresh Cream (Whip until Peaks Form)
Method
Directions for Cake:
1. Beat Buttercup with sugar until fluffy.
2. Add in the eggs one by one and beat until smooth.
3. Add in flour, Nestum and Horlicks and beat until smooth.
4. Add in condensed milk, pandan essence, pandan paste and green coloring and mix until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a steam-proof pan and steam for 1 hour.

Directions for Pandan Cream:
1. Combine all ingredients A and mix until smooth.
2. Whip ingredient B until peaks form.
3. Combine the mixtures of ingredients A and B, and spoon out the cream cheese mixture onto the surface of the cake.
