Orange Pecan Cake

90g x Buttercup
½ cup x Fine Granulated Sugar / Castor Sugar
1 x Egg
½ tea spoon x Vanilla Essence
1 cup x Flour (sifted)
½ tea spoon x Baking Powder (sift with flour)
½ tea spoon x Baking Soda (sift with flour)
⅛ tea spoon x Salt (sift with flour)
½ cup x Buttermilk
2 table spoon x Orange Peel (zested)
½ cup x Pecans (chopped)
1 tea spoon x Orange Oil
Beat Buttercup and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs into the Buttercup and sugar mixture.
Add the sifted ingredients and the buttermilk to the mixture alternate sequence.
Add in vanilla essence and orange oil.
Fold in zested orange peel and chopped pecans.
Pour mixture into a 6” pan and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes or until golden.
