Ingredients
A.
240g x Buttercup
90g x Icing Sugar
1 ½ x Egg Yolk
1 teaspoon x Salt
60g x Parmesan Cheese
B.
225g x Wheat Flour
190g x Tapioca Starch
Method
Decoration
Egg Yolk
Castor Sugar
Grated Cheddar

Directions :
1. Preheat oven at 150C
2. Combine all of the ingredients from component (A) and blend till smooth
3. Add in all of the ingredients from component (B) and blend till the mixture turns into a soft dough
4. Flatten the dough and cut it using a cookie cutter. Place it onto a baking tray
5. Glaze the top of the cookies with egg yolk and decorate it with cheddar cheese and sprinkle it with castor sugar
6. Bake for 30 minutes
