Ingredients
A.
150g x Buttercup
1 x Egg Yolk
70g x Icing Sugar
½ teaspoon x Pandan Paste
B.
150g x Wheat Flour
50g x Custard Flour
30g x Corn Flour
30g x Chopped Almonds
20h x Breadcrumbs
20g x Milk Powder
30g x Green Beans (finely ground)
Method
Decoration
Rolled Oats
Pandan Cooking Chocolate (melted)

Directions :
1. Preheat oven at 150C
2. Combine all of the ingredients from component (A) and blend till smooth
3. Add in all of the ingredients from component (B) and blend till the mixture turns to a soft dough
4. Spoon out the dough in ½ tablespoon size and shape it to tiny balls
5. Dip the cookies into egg yolk and roll it in the rolled oats
6. Place it onto a baking tray and gently press the cookies using your palm
7. Bake for 30 minutes
8. Once baked, decorate it with melted pandan chocolate
