Brownies Ingredients
180g x Buttercup
360g x Dark cooking chocolate, Chopped
150g x Brown Sugar
5 x Eggs (Grade B)
115ml x Fresh Milk
330g x Wheat Flour, Sifted
50g x Coco Powder, Sifted
2 teaspoon x Baking Soda, Sifted
Cream Cheese Ingredients
250g x Cream Cheese
60g x Castor Sugar
2 x Eggs
2 teaspoon x Lemon Juice
Directions for Brownies:
1. Melt Buttercup with the dark cooking chocolate. Turn off the fire, add in sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Add in eggs and milk and mix until thoroughly combined.
3. Add in the sifted ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined, then divide the mixture evenly into two.
4. Pour 1 half of the mixture into a 10” x 10” x 3” baking pan dan smoothen the surface of the mixture before steaming it for 20 minutes.
5. After the brownies is cooked, place the cream cheese on top of the brownies and smoothen it. Steam the brownies for another 10 minutes.
6. After the first brownies is cooked, pour the second half of the mixture into the baking pan. Steam for 20 minutes.
7. After the brownies are cooked, cut a Cheddar cheese into long strips and arrange it on the brownies surface.
8. Decorate the brownies with dark or white cooking chocolate after it has cooled.

Directions for Cream Cheese:
1. Mix the cream cheese with sugar until thoroughly combined. Add in eggs and beat until the mixture is creamy.
