Sweet Shortcrust Pastry Ingredients
125g x Buttercup
63g x Icing Sugar
1 x Egg (Grade B)
½ teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
250g x Wheat Flour
Tuna Filling Ingredients
300g x Tuna in Water
100g x Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon x Lemon Water
2 teaspoon x Icing Sugar
Directions for Pastry:
1. Sift flour and icing sugar into a mixer.
2. Add in butter into the flour mixture and knead until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
3. Add in the egg and vanilla essence.
4. Shape the dough into a ball and place it in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Directions for Filling:
1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a ready-to-use filling.

Directions for Tart:
1. Put a little pastry dough into a tart mould.
2. Add in the tuna filling into the mould and cover the filling using the pastry dough.
3. Decorate the top of the tart and brush some egg yolk on it.
4. Bake the tarts at 160°C for 30 minutes.
