Ingredients
A.
150g x Ghee
120g x Buttercup
1 teaspoon x Vanilla Powder
1 x Egg Yolk
100g x Castor Sugar
B.
50g x Cornflakes, Finely Ground
50g x Nestum, Finely Ground
50g x Sugee Flour
50g x Custard Flour
250g x Wheat Flour
Topping Ingredients
White Cooking Chocolate, Melted Coffee Mate
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 150°C.
2. Mix all ingredients A in a mixer until thoroughly combined.
3. Add in all ingredients B and mix until mixture turns into a soft dough.
4. Roll out the dough and cut out the cookies. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Drizzle the melted white cooking chocolate on baked cookies and sift coffee mate on top of the cookies.
