Butterbaked Chicken Floss

2 cups flour
1 cup fresh milk
2 cups water
1 egg sized B
Pinch of salt
Yellow coloring - in 2 drops
1 tbsp melted Buttercup
Kuih cara baking mold
Decoration: Chicken floss, mayonnaise & red chilli (finely chopped)

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend and then strain.
2. Heat the kuih cara baking mold in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and brush with melted Buttercup.
3. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter and put in oven until cooked.
4. Remove from oven and garnish with red chili and chicken floss in the middle and put it back into the oven until light brown.
5. When fully cooked, decorate with a little mayonnaise in the middle of chicken floss filling and serve while still hot.
