250g x Buttercup
200g x Castor Sugar
1 teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
1 x Egg Yolk
280g x Wheat Flour
60g x Ground Almond
60g x Dried Coconut
40g x Sliced Almond
20g x Coffee Mate
80g x Corn Flour
Decoration :
White Cooking Chocolate (melted)
Toasted Coconut
1. Preheat the oven at 150C
2. Stir all of the ingredients from component (A) well with a mixer
3. Add in all of the ingredients from component (B) and mix it till the batter turns soft.
4. Flatten the dough, cut it using a cookie cutter and place onto a baking tray
5. Bake for 30 minutes
6. Once baked, dipt the cookies into the melted white chocolate then roll it in the toasted coconut.
