Ingredients
Filling substance
20 filament crab stick (cut)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup green onion (sliced)
½ tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients until well mixed.
Crumble substance
150g plain flour
40g caster sugar
75g Buttercup
Pour in all ingredients and mix until it turns into breadcrumbs consistency.
Method
1. Pour the mixture of filament crab stick into a 7-inch aluminum round baking container.
2. Sprinkle crumble over the top and bake at 160oC – 180oC or until cooked.
