250g x Buttercup
2 x Egg Yolk
180g x Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon x Vanilla Essence
200g x Hong Kong Flour
200g x Wheat Flour
60g x Custard Flour
50g x Ground Almond
30g x Croquant
100g x Nestum
(Mix the ingredients in component (C) and bake for 20 minutes)
Melted White Cooking Chocolate (to coat the biscuits)

1. Preheat the oven at 150C
2. Combine all of the ingredients in component (A) together using a mixer.
3. Add in all of the ingredients in component (B) and blend till the mixture turn
into a soft dough.
4. Remove the dough, flatten it and cut it using a cookie cutter.
5. Place the cut cookies onto a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Once baked, dip the biscuits into the melted white chocolate, then roll in
the mixture of ingredients from component (C)
7. Store the biscuits in air-tight containers once the chocolate coating is dry.
