Butter Briyani Rice

500g of Basmathi rice
2 cube of meat
2 onions
5 peels of garlic
1 inch of ginger
5 spiced powder
½ tbs of briyani powder
Coriander leaves
1 cup of evaporated milk
½ cup of tomato puree
4 tbs of Buttercup
4 tbs of vegetable oil
1. Add the oil and butter, fry the onions, garlic and the 5 spiced powder. Fry until it leaves an aromatic smell.
2. After that, add on the briyani powder and the cubes of meat with some water. Cook it with slow fire until oil appears on the surface.
3. Put in the milk, tomato puree and water.
4. After it boils, put in the rice and cook as usual.
5. Sprinkle coriander leaves for decoration.
