Cranberries Bread Muffin

Ingredients
8 cups of bread cut into cubes
1 cup of fresh milk
4 gred B eggs
1/3 cup of sugar
¼ cup of melted Buttercup
2 st of vanilla essence
1 cup of dried cranberries
A pinch of layer cake powder
Method
1. Mix the bread and milk for 10 minutes.
2. Using another container, mix together the egg, sugar, butter, vanilla essence, layer cake powder and add on the dried cranberries into the mix. Stir it well.
3. Heat up the oven to 180°C and prepare the muffin pan (L Size). Scoop the bread mix into the pan and bake it for 30 minutes.
