Pistachio Vogue Cookies

Ingredients
125g of Butter
3 tbs of Sugar
1 ½ cup of Flour
½ cup of Powdered Milk
½ cup of Pistachio Peanuts (roasted and blended)
125g of Melted Chocolate
1 tsp of Vanilla Butter
125g of Melted chocolate (For decoration)
Method
1. Mix the butter, sugar and the vanilla butter thoroughly.
2. Add in the flour, powdered milk, pistachio peanuts and the melted chocolate. Knead it smoothly.
3. Roll it and shape it into a circle.
4. Bake it in the oven with the tempreture set at 140°C.
5. Let it cooldown for a while, and then spread the melted chocolate on the biscuits.
