Ingredients
250g Buttercup
180g Castor Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Egg Yolks
210g Corn Flour
200g Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
160g Corn Flakes
50g Almond Nibs
Some colorful cherry for garnishing
Method
1. Beat the butter and sugar until it turns creamy.
2. Add in the eggs and vanilla essence.
3. Add the flour, crushed corn flakes and toasted almond nibs.
4. Make a small ball out of the dough, press onto the baking tray and garnish it with colorful cherry. Bake for 15-20 minutes with the temperature set at 150°C.
