250gm Buttercup
190gm Castor Sugar
230gm Cake Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 pcs Grade B Egg
50gm Milk
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1) Preheat the oven to 180⁰C, and prepare an 8” mould.
2) Mix Buttercup and castor sugar, and beat until fluffy.
3) Add in the eggs one by one, and beat until smooth.
4) Slowly add in cake flour, alternately add in milk, and add in the vanilla essence
5) Divide the dough into two. One remains as original colour, while another one mix with cocoa powder.
6) Take one scoop of original dough and mix into the cocoa-powdered dough. Layered with chocolate colour.
7) Heat for 45-60 mins in oven.
