Chicken Floss Choux Roll

For Choux
250g Milk
100g Buttercup
200g Wheat flour
300g Eggs
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
For Fillings
200g Chicken Floss
100g Mayonnaise
Chilli sauce
1. Mix the milk, Buttercup, parmesan cheese and salt into a pan with medium heat until it boils.
2. Add flour and stir it until it becomes dough.
3. Pour the dough in a mixing bowl, and beat it slowly – to release the heat in the dough.
4. Add in the eggs, little by little.
5. Pipe the mixture into a square and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.
7. After the choux is baked, spread mayonnaise and chilli sauce on top followed by chicken floss.
8. Roll the pastry, and slice it according to preference.
