For Pie Crust
Ingredients A
210g Buttercup
2 cups Plain flour
½ cup Cocoa powder
¼ cup Castor sugar
¼ tsp Salt
Ingredients B
2 Egg yolks
4 tbsp Fresh milk
2 tsp Vanilla essence
For Chocolate Cheese Filling
Ingredients A
500g Cream cheese
150g Castor sugar
125g Vivo cream
125g Whipping cream
Ingredients B
290g Beryl's milk chocolate compound
160g Hot water
15g Gelatin
Pie crust
1. Mix ingredients A until it resembles breadcrumbs.
2. Add in ingredients B and mix together.

Chocolate cheese filling
1. Beat cream cheese together with castor sugar. Then, add in Vivo cream that has been whipped.
2. Add in whipping cream and beat until well mixed.
3. Add in Beryl’s milk chocolate compound and gelatin that has been dissolved in hot water. Make sure that ingredients B are added in while they are still hot. Beat until well mixed.
4. Once ready, pour the filling into the pie crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then serve with flakes of chocolate and Hershey chocolate syrup.
