Ingredients
3 Eggs
300g Bread
100g Buttercup
150g Sugar
200g Plain flour
500L Coconut milk
500L Milk
200g Corn
½ tsp Salt
Method
1. Beat the eggs together with Buttercup.
2. Then, add in coconut milk, milk, salt and flour and continue beating until the mixture is well combined.
3. Add in bread and let it sit for 15 minutes.
4. Add in corn and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture in a 10”x10” baking tin lined with aluminium foil and greased with Buttercup.
6. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour or until well cooked.
