Ingredients
230g Buttercup
2 tbsp Castor sugar
330g Flour
1 Egg Yolk
60g Chopped almonds
½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Vanilla essence
Method
1. Beat Buttercup together with sugar.
2. Add in egg yolk and vanilla essence.
3. Add in the other dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Cut the dough out into your desired shapes and bake at 140⁰C for 25 min.
