250g Buttercup
200g Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
4 Egg yolks

4 tbsp Fresh cream
80g Parmesan cheese
80g Almond powder
300g Oat (finely ground)

2 tsp Baking powder
250g Plain flour
D (decoration)
Black raisins
Red and green cherries
Method
1. Beat ingredients A until pale and fluffy. Then, add in ingredients B and mix well.
2. Slowly add in ingredients C and knead until the dough becomes soft. Put the dough aside for a while.
3. Roll the dough to 3mm thick and cut out into desired cookie shapes. Glaze the top with egg yolk and decorate with raisins and cherries.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
