Bread Buttercup Pudding

Ingredients
6 slices Bread (cut diagonally into halves)
500ml Fresh milk
3 Eggs
50g Sugar

For sprinkling:
Brown sugar
Mixed fruits
100g Buttercup (diced)

Sauce:
250ml Fresh milk
1 tsp Vanilla
30g Castor sugar
2 Egg yolks
Method
1. Arrange a layer of bread in a baking tin. Arrange so that the bread overlaps each other.
2. Pour milk onto the bread until the bread is soaked and then sprinkle the sprinkling ingredients.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for another three layers.
4. Once all four layers are done, bake until the pudding is cooked.
5. Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients and heat in a pan on low heat. Once done, sieve the sauce.
6. Once the pudding is cooled, pour the sauce onto the pudding.
