Ingredients
250g Buttercup
250g Castor sugar
250g Eggs (beat about 5 grade A eggs, and weigh to get 250g)
250g Self-raising flour
1 ½ tbsp Vanilla essence
3 tbsp Fresh milk
Method
1. Prepare the oven at 170°C and grease a 7” baking tin.
2. Using a mixer, beat Buttercup until it’s fluffy.
3. Add in sugar and continue beating until fluffy.
4. Add in the eggs and beat until it’s well-mixed.
5. Add in vanilla essence.
6. Then, gradually add in flour and milk alternately.
7. Divide the batter into three parts and bake each part in a 7” baking tin.
