Buttercup Crunchy Slice

Ingredients
A
200g Dark chocolate (finely grated)
60g Buttercup

120g White chocolate (finely grated)
150g Buttercup

1 cup Unsalted nuts (roasted and chopped)
4 cups ‘Rice Bubbles’
Method
1. Melt the 60g Buttercup (ingredients A) in a microwave oven. Once melted, add in the grated dark chocolate and mix it well. Put aside.
2. Repeat step 1 with ingredients B.
3. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of ‘Rice Bubbles and’ ½ cup of chopped nuts.
4. Pour the dark chocolate mix into the bowl and mix until well-combined. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with aluminium foil. Press down firmly into base to compress it.
5. Combine the remaining 2 cups of ‘Rice Bubbles’ and ½ cup of chopped nuts together with the white chocolate mix. Mix well. Pour the mixture on top of the dark chocolate mixture and press down firmly.
6. Wrap it up with the foil and store in the refrigerator.
7. To serve, take it out of the refrigerator and cut into your desired portions.
