Chocolate Shortbread

Ingredients
Shortbread ingredients
250g Plain flour
1 Egg
200g Buttercup
2 tsp Fine granulated sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Chocolate topping ingredients
100g Cooking chocolate
1 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
Method
Shortbread
1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Once it is well-combined, pour the batter into a 20×20cm baking tin and even out the surface.
3. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
4. Once it is halfway baked, take the shortbread out, cut it into squares and then continue baking.
5. Once it is cooled, spread the chocolate on top of the shortbread.

Chocolate topping
1. Melt the cooking chocolate together with sweetened condensed milk until it is well-combined.
