Macadamia Crunchy Fingers

Ingredients
250g Buttercup (diced)
100g Brown sugar
80g Icing sugar (sifted)
225g Plain flour
½ tsp Baking powder (sifted)
50g Rice flour (sifted)
50g Corn flour (sifted)
100g Macadamia (ground)
1 tbsp Castor sugar
100g Cooking chocolate
Method
1. Beat Buttercup together with brown sugar and icing sugar until it is light and fluffy.
2. Then, fold in the remaining sifted ingredients.
3. Lastly, add in the macadamia nuts.
4. Cut the dough using 3cm×1cm cookie cutter and arrange the cookies on parchment paper.
5. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until the cookies are cooked.
6. Once cooled, pipe the cooking chocolate on top of the cookies.
