Chocolate Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients
Biscuit
125g Buttercup
3 tbsp Castor sugar
2 ½ cups Self-raising flour
1 tsp Vanilla essence
¼ cup Sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup Powdered milk
125g Chocolate (melted and then cooled)
1 cup Pistachio nuts (toasted)
Topping
100g Chocolate (grated)
1 tsp Buttercup
Method
Biscuit
1. Combine Buttercup with sugar and beat until well-combined.
2. Then, add in self-raising flour, powdered milk and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Next, add in the melted chocolate and mix well.
4. Roll the dough into small rounds, and bake at 150°C until it is cooked.
5. Once the biscuits are cooled, pipe the chocolate topping on top and then sprinkle the pistachio nuts.

Topping
1. Melt the ingredients in a microwave oven.
