Ingredients
A)
250 grams Buttercup
230 grams of refined sugar
1 grade A eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
B)
200 ml buttermilk
2 tbsp red color
C)
380 grams Superfine flour
50 grams of cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
D)
250 grams of cream cheese
150 gram Buttercup
200g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
A) Beat Buttercup with sugar until light and fluffy, add the egg and beat until smooth
B) Insert the red dye and buttermilk and stir well. Put the dry ingredients which have been sifted into the mixture, mix well using a spatula.
C) Spoon the batter into the baking tray that has been lined with baking paper approximately 2 inches between them. Bake at 190© for 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
D) Beat the material D until fluffy, cover in each level and the whole cake.
E) Pipes filing of a pie and cover with another like a sandwich method.
F) Ready to eat.
