Ingredients
250g Buttercup
250g Icing sugar
2 Eggs
100g Almond powder
320g Plain flour
½ tsp Vanilla essence
Cooking chocolate as needed
Method
1. Beat Buttercup together with icing sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add in the eggs one by one and mix well.
3. Add in plain flour and almond powder and beat until well-combined.
4. Lastly, add in vanilla essence and mix well.
5. Fill the batter into a piping bag and then pipe it onto a baking tray.
6. Bake at 175°C for 15 minutes.
7. Once cooled, dip the cookies in cooking chocolate and finally decorate with beads.
