Walnut Coffee Cake

Ingredients
250g Buttercup
220g Castor sugar
1 tsp Ovalette
4 Eggs
240g Self-raising flour
50g Walnuts (chopped)
1 tbsp Coffee / Cappuccino paste
3 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
Method
1. Prepare an 8” baking tin and preheat the oven at 180°C.
2. Beat Buttercup together with ovalette and sugar until it is light and fluffy.
3. Add in the eggs one by one and continue beating.
4. Add in condensed milk and coffee paste.
5. Then, add in flour and mix it together using a wooden spoon until it is well-combined. Lastly, add in the walnuts.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cake is cooked.
