20 pcs Cream crakers
80g Plain flour
1 cup Sugar
3 Eggs
700ml Coconut milk / Fresh milk
50g Buttercup
1 tsp Green colouring
1 tsp Chocolate emulco
A pinch of salt
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
1. Mix all the ingredients, except sesame seeds, colouring, and emulco, in a blender until they are all crushed.
2. Divide the batter into two parts and put green colouring in one part.
3. Divide the second part again into two parts and put chocolate emulco in one part and the second part is left as it is.
4. Pour the part without colouring into the baking tin.
5. Then, add in patches of the chocolate batter on top of it.
6. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the top surface is slightly hard.
7. Take it out of the oven and pour the green batter on top of it.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
9. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until the surface has browned.
