Ingredients
A)
200g Buttercup
190g Castor sugar
13g Ovalette
4 Eggs
10g Corn syrup
B)
180g Medium protein flour
5g Baking powder
5g Creamy powdered milk
5g Corn flour
C)
30g Evaporated milk
20g Corn oil
16g Blue velvet paste
Method
1. Combine all of ingredients A and beat at high speed until light and fluffy.
2. Sift ingredients B and then add them into mixture A. Continue beating at medium speed.
3. Then, add in ingredients C and beat until well-combined.
4. Pour the batter into an 8” baking tin or 10”×14” baking tin.
5. Bake at 150°C for 40-50 minutes.
