Cheezy Tomato Biscuits

Ingredients
250g Buttercup
600g Plain flour (sifted)
50g Cheddar cheese powder
5g Chilli powder
60g Brown sugar
30g Salt
1 Egg
1 Tomato (mashed or diced)
Method
1. Beat Buttercup, salt, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Then, add in the egg and mix until well-combined.
2. Add in the tomato, cheddar powder, chili powder and plain flour.
3. Roll the dough into rounds and roll them in cheddar cheese powder.
4. Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.
