Fruits & Nuts Truffle Brownie

Ingredients

60g Chocolate
125g Buttercup
75g Castor sugar
1 Egg
100g Plain flour
2 tbsp Milk
½ tsp Vanilla
50g Dried fruits and nuts
-Top-
165g Chocolate
75g Castor sugar
2 Eggs
150g Whipping cream
Method
Bottom
1. Line a 7”×7” baking pan with a baking sheet with the ends of the sheet extending over the sides.
2. Melt chocolate together with Buttercup. Then, stir in sugar and eggs.
3. Add in flour, milk, and vanilla and mix well.
4. Spread the batter onto the baking pan. Put dried fruits and nuts on top of it and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Top
1. Melt chocolate together with cream and then set aside.
2. Beat the eggs and sugar together until it thickens and then add in the chocolate mixture.
3. Pour the mixture over the half-baked bottom layer. Bake for another 30 minutes at 180°C.
4. Let the brownie cool and then keep refrigerated.
