Semolina Layer Cake

Ingredients
A)
250g Fine semolina
500g Buttercup
1 tsp Vanilla oil
3 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk
B)
150g Superfine flour
50g Powdered milk
C)
20 Egg yolks
6 Egg whites
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tbsp Ovalette
250g Fine granulated sugar
200g Raisins (cut into small pieces)
Method
A
1. Beat Buttercup and sweetened condensed milk until it is light and fluffy.
2. Add in vanilla oil, semolina and mix until well-combined.
3. Let the mixture sit for 3 hours.
B & C
1. Beat the eggs together with sugar until it is halfway fluffy. Then, add in ovalette and baking powder and continue beating until the mixture is thick.
2. Add in flour and mix well. Lastly, add in mixture A and mix until well-combined.
3. Bake the batter layer by layer. Spread Buttercup and raisins on the layers alternately.
4. Let the cake cool before getting it out of the baking tin.
