Ingredients
2 onions
3 peels of garlic
1 inch ginger, finely sliced
1 cinnamon
2 star anise
2tbs dried shrimp
3tbs Babas lamb curry spices
2tbs Babas chilli flakes, mix with a little bit water
1 bowl honey bamboo
200ml coconut milk
400ml water
1 packet fried desiccated coconut
1 packet salt
1 packet sugar
1 packet seasoning powder
3tbs Buttercup
Method
1. Heat up the butter in a pan.

2. Saute ingredient A, then add ingredient B and wait until the curry cooks and then add ingredient C and D.

3. Cook it until the gravy thickens.

4. Adjust according to your taste and then serve.
