200g x Buttercup
100g x Icing Sugar
1 x Egg Yolk
½ teaspoon x Pandan Paste
½ teaspoon x Green Apple Colouring
300g x Wheat Flour
60g x Corn Flour
50g x Custard Flour
White Cooking Chocolate
Sugar Rice/Beads

1. Preheat the over at 150C
2. Place all of the ingredients from component (A) into a bowl, then stir it thoroughly using a mixer.
3. Add in all of the ingredients from component (B) and mix it till the batter turns soft.
4. Place batter into a long ‘Samprit’ mould and press out 2 inches of dough for each cookie.
5. Place the cookie dough onto a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Dip half of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and sprinkle it with sugar rice/beads.
