Ingredients
250gm x unsalted butter
200gm x caster sugar
200gm x superfine flour
5 x eggs
60ml x fresh milk
60gm x semolina/sugee
1½ tsp x baking powder
¼ tsp x soda bicarbonate
25gm x ground almond
25gm x almond nib
½ tsp x butter vanilla
Method
1. Beat butter + sugar till creamy;
2. Add an egg one by one;
3. Add semolina/sugee with fresh milk;
4. Add flour + baking powder + soda bicarbonate + ground almond + almond nibs;
5. Add butter vanilla.
6. Put in round tin cake container size 9inch
7. Baking at 180C temperature
